I have managed North Carolina's HUD housing counseling grant for over 10 years.  In this role, I have witnessed the joys, triumphs, and financial advantages of homeownership.  The housing counseling program educates clients on first time homebuyer programs, provides pre-purchase education certification, and provides FREE foreclosure prevention services. Now, I am expanding from running a program in the background to being on the front lines.  As a REALTOR®, I am using my knowledge, skills, and expertise to help prospective homebuyers make one of the most life changing decisions they will ever make.  I am humbled to be a footnote in your life story.
